Grand Slam Grill - Olean

We order the prime rib special and it was very delicious we appreciated that you guys put it on two separate plates all in halves which is very nice of you to do we will definitely come back when we visit Olean in the future

Called “grand slam” but it was a foul ball. our server Amanda, was very rude, didn’t check on us. the “world famous wings” were very over cooked and dry. not worth the price but if you have money to waste then have at it! Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

They are slipping! Our waitess was absolutely terrible! She was playing on her phone and gossiping instead of waiting on us. We had to literally stop another waitress to go get our waitess who was yet again standing around gossiping. We needed a ranch, drink refills, and had 2 raw drippy batter onion rings. We only tipped her $6. 2 of our onion rings were raw 3 of our wings were so burnt they were rock hard Our ranch was insanely salty. The burger and the steak fries were absolutely amazing!

Making you wait to be seated until your entire party shows up when the place is empty is absurd. New rule they said. Waitress arguing when you ask a question about the menu, unprofessional. Having to ask for another drink unacceptable when the place was empty is not good customer service. Rudely reaching over patrons to get a piece of silverware is ridiculous. I can see if it was busy and they needed to turn the place over....they have lost our groups business. When you treat your cash paying customers like you done need them, they will treat you like you don't and will go elsewhere.

Great place to eat. Everything is always good when we come in. Steaks are delicious, burgers are amazing, but in saying that if you want dessert I didn't really care for the chocolate temptation pie, it's ok but not the best.
