Fogo De Chao El Segundo

The service was much slower than other fogos that we’ve been to. we ordered 3 items off the menu which were very slow to come out. Overall, everything was fine but not a good value for the cost.

Got the worst table in the restaurant right next to where the door to the patio opened every two seconds resulting in a rather uncomfortable cold temperature. Our waitress couldn’t be more unwelcoming to our party, rushing us through dinner. We hadn’t even ordered pre dinner drinks yet or had any appetizers from the market bar when she brought out the side items for the main course which of course resulted in them being cold when we ate our main course. The meat was well executed but the experience itself was rather lacking on this day.

Food was delicious, New Years Eve dinner was amazing. Perfect location if you want to eat and then enjoy the beach which is only a couple of blocks away.

This place is hit or miss. 1st time was excellent 2nd time the food was cold, slow coming out, lack of variety yet the service was great. 3rd time most recent) food was great, servers came by frequently great variety. However our waiter was mediocre. No plates or glassware on our table. Took forever to get water refills). Our cocktails came before water. Actually had the meat servers come to our table numerous times before we got plates or our sides. Slow to replenish the bread plantains. Had to remind or waiter 3 times waited over 20 minutes to get anything.

The food was not what I was expecting. I have been there before and it was so much better. The meat did not impress, the buffet was so so. The service was OK. Their vallet is terrible. They obligate you to leave your keys. They moved my car without the need, you must pay cash and the restaurant does not accommodate.
