Five Guys - El Segundo

The burgers are delicious and juicy, and the fries are great too! The shakes are fantastic! It may be a bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth indulging in every now and then.

I had a fantastic first visit to Five Guys, largely due to the excellent staff. They were extremely accommodating and even offered me a complimentary drink since it was my first time there. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were seasoned to perfection. I have no complaints whatsoever. After a letdown at In-N-Out, this was a delightful change!

I received the wrong order and was quite upset when I had to drive back the next day. However, Keenan was exceptionally friendly, understanding, and very eager to assist me. He brought in the manager, Thomas, who resolved the issue effortlessly. It completely turned my day around! Thank you, gentlemen. With 20 years of experience in the food service industry, I understand the importance of customer service. I will definitely be coming back!
