This location has worst service , they turn down customers 10 minutes before closing, and this new chicken Sandwich had to dispose bread was loaf of brick and chicken patty wasn?t cook properly. Don?t recommend this location.

Full of people waiting to be helped. My order was taken at 1:45 and it's been a while. They work too slow I suppose short staff. Get it going people. People after ne git their orders already. This place sucks. Never coming back.

My only complaint is that there are only two people working, which makes the wait time extremely long. However, I want to give a shout out to the two female workers. They are calm, patient, and very pleasant. They take their time with orders, which results in high-quality food. They definitely deserve a bonus check.

I waited over 50 minutes for a basic order of 6 boneless wings and a chicken sandwich. During my wait, I noticed several employees using their phones instead of working. Only two ladies and a cook were actively preparing orders. The lobby was messy, and there were multiple complaints from customers who received incorrect orders.

The wings were delicious, but unfortunately we had to send them back because they were tossed in the wrong sauce. Overall, they were crispy and juicy. The fries were better than last time. With a bit of fine tuning, this place could be perfect.
