P.f. Chang's El Paso Fountains At Farah

The service was excellent. eating is always good here. it was a bit waiting, but it was worth it. we celebrated a birthday, and that dessert was amazing! great place to eat with family and friends!

Always been a PF Chang fan. Wife and I decided to go to dinner at PF Changs at the Fountains. The food and service were on point, enjoyable. However, it would have been more enjoyable if not for the screaming child in the booth next to us. I figure he was 8 years old. What got to me were two things. One, the parents not doing anything about it and two, PF Changs tolerating it.

The server needs more training. She has dark hair, glasses, and very passive. They ran out of sea bass and she did not even offer an alternative. It appeared she did not want to engage with us. We didn’t even know the menu was virtual when we sat down. We had to ask for our server and when she came by it was very quick and distant. She literally asked us if we were ok as she walked passed us. The food was delicious. The service made the overall experience poor.

Eating and service was great as always and we sat right at the arrival.

Was disappointed by host. we reserve 45 minutes before our reservation. we come and our planned time and they advised, we must be set to a waiting list because our reservation was then within the 45 minutes, which did not make sense for me and my wife. she wasn't helpful. it does not make any sense to get their app plan in advanced just to our reservation time and continue to be set to a waiting list.
