Noodles Dumplings - El Paso

The restaurant has a friendly staff and serves delicious food! The freshly made noodles and dumplings are packed with flavor. They are generous in providing an extra bowl when sharing, and the portion sizes are perfect for sharing. The interior of the restaurant is decent.

Upon entering this restaurant, I was met with an unfriendly waiter who was extremely rude and seemed put out by our presence. They did not have unsweetened tea, so I settled for water which tasted unpleasant. The waiter then handed me a hot can of coke that melted the ice instantly. The pork and scallion bao dish tasted off, almost like it had soap in it. I had to approach the register myself to pay, where the waiter tossed the receipt on the counter and silently placed the card reader in front of me. When I questioned his behavior, he simply walked away. He treated other customers in a similar manner, ignoring their needs and prioritizing his phone over customer service. In comparison to other establishments in this chain, this restaurant falls short and is not deserving of even one star. I will never return here again, as it was a complete waste of $50.

Although our order was wrong, the food was delicious. It was disappointing that we didn't receive what we had anticipated.

The server Evelyn was really nice however the food was kind of iffy.to start off the rice looked old and hard it was. being asian im very picky about my rice especially in asian restaurants. the food came out super quick which i appreciated however i saw the microwave being used a lot and it kind of threw me offthe chili oil also tasted very watered down

We usually love this place. We just finished eating (well picked at my food) food was not good! I asked for an extra plates so we could can share, I served my plate of combination fried noodles (nasty) when I asked if I could change it because they were not good mushy and flavorless. Evelyn told me she could add something else with a charge. I was not trying to get free food. The fried dumplings dough was very doughy, again we told her they felt a little undercooked, she followed with a no they are not that they have a timer when cooked. Food was not hot. So sad that we paid $68 for bad service and not good food. I hope it gets better. UTEP noodles and dumplings please go back to normal!!!
