The cashier Arleth gave us the most rude attitude, She's not professional at all. when I got home 3 burgers were wrong, not what we ordered. The cheddar bacon burger didn't had cheddar ??‍, really?. For the price you charge not worth it. Ugly experience, I am very upset! ?

To whom it may concern:Worst customer service since I arrived to Fort Bliss. The manager needs to be replace or get some leadership classes. She doesn’t know how to handle her employees. The employees were using foul language and horsing around in front of the customers. Also, they were eating food while preparing the customer’s food. I spoke to the manager and told me that her name is Karime and basically it was useless, instead of solving the problem she was giving me attitude. So to me the root of the problem is the manager. I will advise all my Soldiers not to eat there or take their families. I was force to grade 1 star but in reality it should be 0 star.

First of all worse service ever! I could have given them 0 stars, but gave me the option for only 1. After waiting for over 15 minutes for 1 order of wings and 1 order of chicken tenders were not even ready, because all employees were playing around, cussing in spanish, listening music on their airpods, touching their caps trying to fix it while cooking, eating and licking their fingers and not even wearing gloves or hair nets, also the place needs to be cleaned up. I asked for my money back because after seeing what they were doing it was so unsanitary. I talked to the manager Karime and she gave me attitude for giving me back my money, and after telling her that her employees were not professional at all by using foul language. I have videos of the employees if a higher up needs to see this please contact me.

The only negative thing i have to say is this place is pricey. But that being said the food was delicious. The burgers were grilled just right with a nice tasty sauce. The fries were not burnt to a crisp but were at nice, slightly salty but wonderfully tasty point. And they served the drinks in actual glasses. Imagine that, a fast food place with real glass. I enjoyed it and would actually visit the mall just to get one. Hopefully one opens up on the eatside soon. Tluv

Grear flavor! Love the food.!!!! The service....terrible. the lady forgot my second order and was on the phone. After a while (like 20min) asked for my food and she asked me for the ticket like i didnt order anything else. I showed her my number on the table and shes like: oh ! Ok. But... No apologies. But its fine. I was hungry lol.
