Chillis's Grill - El Paso

We celebrated my birthday at this restaurant and received excellent service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also got a complimentary dessert for my birthday by using their app. The blackberry margarita I ordered was delicious. The carne asada I had was also excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the improved service compared to my last visit a year ago.

I enjoy dining at Chili's for delicious food and good company. The location on Transmountain has consistently impressed me. I have been a regular at this establishment for some time now and it never disappoints.

I specifically requested for our burgers to be cooked well-done, but unfortunately they came out practically raw. My kids were unable to eat them. It was really disappointing to spend money on a meal that was barely cooked properly.

Last night, my family and I (a party of 6) visited this Chili's restaurant around 7 PM. The hostess informed us that there was a 30-minute wait, even though the restaurant appeared to be fairly empty. We noticed other groups arriving and being seated right away. After waiting for an hour with no update, we decided to dine elsewhere. We were never contacted by the restaurant.

The food was excellent. The service may seem a bit subdued, but that appears to be the norm in the post-COVID era. The ambiance is reminiscent of an old diner. It's not spectacular, but not bad either. Overall, it was a good experience. Food rating: 5/5.
