Casanova - El Paso

We made the reservation a week in advance since we were dining on New Year's eve. At 3:00 p.m. on New Year's eve the restaurant called saying the menu had been switched to a single item .... prime rib. Who chooses an Italian restaurant for prime rib! And where can you make reservations on New Year's eve at 3:00 p.m. Very poor service

Great experience. Delicious pasta and excellent service. The Sicilian margarita was tasty and strong. Very happy customer.

Took my boyfriend for his birthday and the whole staff made the experience unforgettable! Thank you so much especially Fransisco for being such a good server

Good was excellent service was moderate. the ambiente was terrible. felt like a truck stop.

Didn’t honor our reservation through Open table. They were closed for a private event and did not let us know. Our reservation was for 8 people on a Friday night. Unacceptable and will not be going back.
