Chao's Food - El Monte

Was grated by a Kiosk, didn't see anyone until they brought my food out. Still had to find condiments, Napkins myself. Only 1 table, seats set up like a waiting room. But the food was great!!

The foods here are really good, I like their fish katsu and popcorn chicken rice........

My husband and I come here 2-3 times a week to meal prep LoL. Everything is good and tastes healthy. Saves us a lot of time on cooking and grocery store shopping and prices are great, too!

Ordered bento box for lunch today. Experienced efficient customer service from Gary and waited only about 10 mins. Definitely I will be back soon.

I order on the screen at the entrance waited 16 mins thinking It was almost done then I received a message saying food will be ready in 20mins when finally a guy shows up at the front to push some buttons to check the iPad....really? I was in the restaurant the whole time and they were talking in the back and I was the only one there seriously 40mins for one order?????
