I absolutely loved my visit to this place. The amount of care and depth of love for nature and the animals is palpable. The food tasted delicious; I didn't want to leave after my meal. This is a wonderful example for the rest of the world to follow on how humans, plants, and animals can prosper with intelligence, care for the common good, and respect for the land. Taking a walk on the property and seeing the animals made me realize how much I love nature. This place is crafted with a lot of intelligence and care, and it is meticulously maintained by wonderful people who clearly have integrity and a deep love for what they do. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here for a few more days. The food is delicious and offers great value for both its quality and portion size.

Via Organica is Excellent!We had a large gathering for a retreat and enjoyed an awesome meal and afternoon at the Ranch. The meal was all organic and delicious!!! I recommend the Specialty Salads, Enchiladas, Beef Stews and OMG! The Lamb Burgers!! Also good selection of Mexcal, Craft Beers Wine. The Carrot Cake and Gluten Free/Vegan Cacao Avocado desserts with Organic Café finished off a perfect afternoon at the farm!!!
