The smoothie was excellent, but the service by T. Abrah left much to be desired. I stood at the counter for a long time without any eye contact or acknowledgment of my frustration. Eventually, I asked if I could place an order, as there had been complete silence before that. Their response was, "if they are ready." Whenever they're ready? Shouldn't she initiate the interaction with something like, "I’ll assist you as soon as you’re ready"? It felt like I was waiting for her instead of the other way around. I think she could use some additional training or perhaps consider a different line of work.

Love when they work their ac for their customers especially their employees. Hopefully, they can be up on him for everyone.
