Antonelli's Deli - El Cajon

I've been coming to this place since high school, and I absolutely love it! The food may take a little while to be served, but it's definitely worth the wait—everything is so delicious!

I can't get enough of this place! The subs are massive! They may say they are 4 inches, but they are actually 6 inches wide, so they definitely pack more than expected. My go-to size is the 8-inch, but if I’m really hungry, I opt for the 12-inch. It’s an incredible sandwich—12 inches long and 6 inches wide! All the ingredients are fresh, and the broth is made daily, which is a must for any sandwich lover. Every time I promise myself I’ll try something new, I end up ordering the same sandwich I’ve had for the last 20 years! The wait can be a bit long, but they are always polite and inform you how long it will take. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays, which is usually when I crave them the most. But other than that, this is hands down the best sandwich place I’ve ever been to in the USA!

We have been visiting this deli for years, and you’re missing out if you haven't tried it! I highly recommend calling in your order to save time, as their sandwiches take about 10 to 15 minutes to prepare, depending on how busy they are. Everything is made fresh! The food is delicious, and the service is great.

This place is always great, absolutely recommended. sandwiches are fantastic. I used to be on the side of the building waiting for my sandwich and smoking (so I didn't **** anyone with my smoke) and the housekeeper came out and haunted me. he seemed to be a bit forced, but I guess he did his job. an establishment.

The best Ive had in years. So glad my son showed me this place. The bread was so fresh and moist. The veggies are just as fresh and crisp. A very refreshing sandwich. Will absolutely be back again and again. Thank you.
