Al Azayem - El Cajon

This is a fantastic spot for a Middle Eastern breakfast—definitely worth a visit! I noticed they were preparing for lunch while I was there, and it looked wonderful as well. You won't regret dining here!

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff members are incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious.

I was charged for tilapia, and he told me it was $8 per pound. I ended up being charged $40 on the receipt for about 2 pounds. I won’t be returning to this restaurant because it's too overpriced and the food isn’t as good as it used to be. Overall, it’s just too expensive for what you get. The wait is excessively long, even though the restaurant is empty, and the service is poor.

I ordered the lamb shank, but the cut of meat I received was actually lamb neck. While it tasted good, it was quite difficult to get the meat off the bone. As for parking, there's plenty available in the lot behind the building.
