Wingstop - Edison

The restaurant does not seem to prioritize DoorDash orders. They canceled my order because they accidentally gave my food to the wrong delivery driver. Additionally, the customer service was poor; when my husband reached out, the representative admitted that they frequently make mistakes with orders and then hung up on him.

The wings and fries are excellent here. However, the prices are a bit higher compared to other local places. The service is decent, but the staff doesn't engage much with customers. Additionally, my party of three was charged for paper cups we needed, which felt unnecessary, especially after paying a premium for a bottle of lemonade. Overall, the food gets a solid 5 out of 5.

This restaurant serves amazing food! I absolutely love their hot honey wings. Francisco provides excellent customer service. Food rating: 5/5.

Always delivers! I've never had a bad order from Wingstop, except for one time when there was some strange green stuff on top of my ranch. I'm not sure what it was, but I still used the ranch because it smelled and tasted fine. Other than that, I give it a perfect rating—10/10! Food: 5/5.

I just had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. The man working the cash register, an African American man, seemed to be in a bad mood from the start. When I approached to place my order, he spoke in a low, monotone voice that was difficult to hear. When I didn’t catch what he said, he became snarky and condescending. I chose to leave because it’s unacceptable to have such a negative attitude in a customer service role. I will definitely not be returning to this place. Management needs to do a better job of hiring staff at this establishment.
