Dunkin' - Edison

The restaurant closed at 8 o'clock, I arrived at 7:30 and the staff outside saw me heading towards the door as they immediately turned off the lights. I understand that everyone is different, but there was no need to be so rude, especially considering there was still plenty of time left. Even when I returned, or as my car pulled out, they both stood there and stared through the window. I am only giving it 1 star for this review. It doesn't even deserve that star.

I ordered from this location on uber eats, and I am not satisfied with their service at all. Terrible! I ordered a brownie-batter donuts, and instead they gave me a donut with apple filling. are the hired really so sick to read my chosen order? so places go out of business, because places like these do not show any care about their customers, and in addition I tried to call the place and the number was out of service. that's so ridiculous?

You see, this is by far the worst dunkin I was, I take up a coffee with my man every morning. when we order, the dame does not even listen to insisting on us to order a sandwich. she doesn't get our order right because she continues to say a sandwich! it is very frustrating when they order something on their request and the employee cannot listen. the result of our coffees, where terrible nothing we asked about. my man asked for whipped cream and she wanted to invite him for it when he had clearly asked for it at the beginning of the order. dreadful! if I get my money back, no one would have to drink something that she doesn't satisfy as a customer!

Had great experience here to buy sarg and donuts staff very friendly and professional

Today 09/23/2021 at 9.45 am I went to buy Egg and cheese croissant and a Cappuccino , one Indian lady took my order and i paid cash she gave me the change and she made me the Cappuccino , another older guy Asian Male Maybe owner/Manager was making bacon, once he done he wanted to make my Croissant, i told him Excuse me sir please change that gloves and make my food because I am a Muslim and I don't eat Pork , he said yes I am about to change the gloves, and he asked me you from Indonesia ? I said I am From Sri Lanka and He said u Taliban"I was like what ? do you only know Muslim means Thaliban? I was in a rush i could have called the cops on him and lodged a complaint for spreding hate , Dear fellow Muslims please avoid this guy, don't give your money to this resist
