Dunkin' - Edison

Something wrong with thier DD Coffee.Are they using Cheap varieties of coffee beans. Not a Fan.

The most horrible dunkin i havw ever visited the staff is so arrogent i asked for cup of water and i was paying for it the women at from was so annoyed as if iasked her to to well and get me a cup of water.Terrible experienceNever cominh back

I came back to this store in 2023, apparently, I realized that 7 years back I had a similar experience. I came to order coffee and Donuts for my kids, and when I asked about a $1 donut deal with coffee a lady named Parul (STORE MANAGER) was rude and was trying to rush me into it. I let it go, but when I tapped my card it didn 't go through instead of providing customer service she silently commented to her colleague This guy is taking an hour , I overheard it and expressed my displeasure right away. She wasn 't even sorry for her behavior. Whoever is the owner of this store can you please take note of this behavior? I have been to many Dunkin Donuts over the last decade and never had such a horrible experience before.

I went to purchase a medium iced tea at the restaurant. Shortly after leaving, I noticed that the cup was leaking. When I returned to request a replacement, they refused to provide one and also refused to acknowledge the issue with the leaking cup. The customer service was terrible.
