The Jolly Botanist - Edinburgh

The place is spacious with a beautiful vintage decoration. We ordered a Sunday Roast with three Scottish tapas cured salmon, scotch egg and monkfish cheeks. All food was great, the slices of roasted egg were tasteful and very delicate, and we love all tapas, especially the egg yolk in Scotch egg. There is a wide range of gin available, although we were just the cocktails and they were excellent. A pleasant experience!

A mandatory place to visit for every gin enthusiast. You have a wide selection of many different gins from around the world. Everyone has its recommended pairing with tonic and shrimp. Also make sure to try some of their light Nibbles, the beetroot marinated salmon and tikka spits are amazing while Gpping

It was very good. We had dinner, two thumbs. Also the adult drinks were very good. I recommend going and giving them an attempt.

Most beautiful old fashion I had enough of Gin choices!! Nice bar staff. Want to come back here in the future.

Great cocktails! We all ordered something different and the guy at the bar who made them was amazing. They were all some of the best cocktails I've ever tasted. I forgot to take a picture which is a shame as they looked beautiful. The doorman was also great crack and very sweet to us. I absolutely love the vibes of this place and if I lived here it would be my favourite hangout.
