Not as you would expect a drink, but it is served in a large cappuccino mug filled with vanilla ice cream topped with soft handmade marshmallows and served with a jug of delicious hot melted chocolate. This was poured all over the top to make a beautiful, delightfully messy and great fun dessert.
We've had a lot of brunches and dinners at Malmaison. I like it there, good food, relaxed ambience and great bar area and patio (when the sun's shining) to while away an afternoon. Our visit at the end of January was no exception. We were treated to a very tasty 3 course lunch. So here we go. I ordered the eggs benedict. I just love eggs benedict on a Sunday and this one didn't disappoint. Eggs benedict A lovely start Here is the salmon starter which also looked good. Fellow diners enjoyed And for mains there was of course a roast option roast beef Perfect Sunday fare And to follow two seriously good puddings: queens pudding and sticky toffee pudding. Queen's pudding Sticky toffee pudding Lovely lunch all for just £15 for 3 courses. Malmaison pulled it out of the bag again. We have eaten here a few times and by far the best is their great Sunday dinner. the restaurant is dark, cozy. in the night we visited, it was to try to get her house burger, which is delicious and tastes something dessert. the hot chocolate fountain was delicious. so melty in the middle and so multiish. in any case worth a visit if they find themselves in the opposite.
Last week I had the opportunity to visit the newly renovated chez times bar in the malmaison, leith. the bar was opened and is bright and bright. the terrace outside is a wonderful space, especially when the sun seems. we tucked in a few of the bar nibbles the mini burger served were super sukkulent and the bungalow soft. very tasty. the arancini balls and spring rolls, where crispy and seasoned well. the summer classics cocktail specialties run Sunday to Thursday, where cocktails cost £5! we drunk a few glasses champagne, pina coladas, mojitos and painkillers. thanks to a malmaison for the invites.
I went to the cafe when I attended an Arcadia event. I called the hotel before to ask if I could park on the street outside, they were so friendly helpful! the inner is beautiful, the caffe was so beautiful. I loved the tellers and put on them with a malmaison. the cakes were really delicious! had such a season!
