Castello Coffee Barclay Terrace

This restaurant is similar in quality to the first branch. They always have vegan soup available and have recently added more vegan options to their menu. Today I tried the vegan pulled pork and it was delicious, especially considering the price. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and much larger than the location on Castle Street. It has a nice, relaxed atmosphere and they serve exceptional coffee. Sandro, the staff member, is always cheerful and welcoming. I stopped by for breakfast and they were able to accommodate my vegan dietary preferences. I had the Bubble and Squeak with homemade beans and a variety of greens, which was very tasty. The menu is somewhat limited, but the portion sizes are generous.

This restaurant serves the best vegan cinnamon roll I have ever tasted. It's worth stopping by just to try it! The interior is cozy and perfect for dining in, or you can also grab one to go and enjoy it on a nice walk.

This coffee shop is fantastic! The service and coffee were amazing, and my dog was warmly welcomed inside. Thank you so much, and shoutout to the bearded staff members!

The coffee is excellent, and they offer a variety of freshly made soups, wraps, sandwiches, and more. I highly recommend trying the cheese and red onion sourdough toastie!

Just because it's small doesn't mean it's not great. This little gem on Castle Street in Edinburgh offers delicious coffee, fresh pastries, and top-notch service, even during busy times.
