Aurora - Edinburgh

What an amazing experience! it was my first time in a restaurant with cursing, but I am definitiw overwhelmed. first, the environment is cozy and make them comfortably relaxed, the music perfectly connects to the mood, the personal is really friendly and ready to help with any doubt or question. I started drinking a bellfield ipa and then started cursing. eating is absolutely great, the taste, the textures, the temperatures, the smells, the aromas, all mix an inextricable experience! To be honest, the aurora is a step forward compared to any other experience in edinburgh for a comparable cost (and it is worth every spent). I really recommend booking a table on their last days in edinburgh, so they will leave with an extraordinary affective memory about their journey!

Be warned…once you’ve eaten here you will always compare other food to it and always be disappointed! This was an excellent 5 course tasting experience. The food was incredible, unique, tasty and every detail had been thought about. Even down to what plates to use see photos. The value is amazing. We paid £45 for the tasting menu which is exceptionally good value for the quality of food, how much you get and the experience. The restaurant is fairly small but well laid out with enough space. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant out if you are in Edinburgh. you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous lunch with unusual ingredients and beautifully presented food. Wine flight was a little bit different too. Staff very friendly.

Great service, Great food! I've certainly paid more for similar tasting experiences (double in fact) and you defiently get a lot more than you pay for so I highly recommend planning a visit.

This is a wonderful restaurant! Although the room is quite small, the atmosphere is fantastic, making it feel surprisingly spacious. Upon our arrival, we were served a delightful beet soup while we perused the menu. The dishes we ordered were exquisite, showcasing a fantastic array of flavors and textures. I found the risotto to be particularly memorable. The wine we chose complemented the meal beautifully, enhancing the standout qualities of each dish. The service was also exceptional. Overall, it was a great experience that I will remember for a long time.
