Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Edinburg

One of my chicken pliers was not completely cooked, the chicken was gummy raw in the middle. I took a bite of it and then ended with food poisoning later on day 2 weeks after having a c-section and also care of my newborn . never again.

I only have a bun with 8 pieces. 23 Something I paid 23 bucks for dry truthahnverkostung huhn. I thought popeyes should be top notch chicken

A FAST restaurant should not take an hour to get a meal ready. especially if they are not busy. a terrible service.

The service was slow and unprofessional. On Friday, April 22nd, at 6:30 PM, we decided to go inside to pick up our order because the drive-thru wait was too long. It took 30 minutes to receive our order for 10 sandwiches. There were too many employees just standing around with nothing to do, while a few were working very hard. The manager needs to focus more on improving customer service and professionalism.

The beans and rice were spoiled, and the kids didn't enjoy the children's menu. They also didn’t receive a biscuit. The chicken seemed off; it was incredibly thin. Overall, yesterday's experience was disappointing. Additionally, it was very pricey for what we received.
