Pullman Bakery Shige Pan - Edgewater

I purchased four breads from this bakery and they were all delicious! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a soft, subtly sweet bread. They also offer more savory options that are equally tasty. The cakes they have on display look fantastic, although I didn't get a chance to try any of them.

I adore this bakery. They serve amazing oversized pastries, cream brûlée (my top choice), doughnuts, a wide variety of cakes, and savory bread with cheese and meat. The staff is incredibly friendly and dedicated; this bakery is definitely one of my favorites.

This bakery in the Mitsuwa Marketplace is delicious. We always grab something before heading home. Our favorites are the Danish pastry and matcha cornet. The peach Danish has a flaky and crispy crust that rivals even the famous cronut. The cornet is filled with a generous amount of creamy matcha and has a soft and fluffy crust. Both pastries are perfect for eating on the go.

I'm not sure why this place has such negative reviews but I love the bakery items there. I always get the chocolate cornet and the peach Danish which are both absolutely delicious. I love how all the items are not that sweet. The crust on the peach danish is nice and crusty like a a mixed with between a flaky croissant and a flaky pie crust but with a chew to it. The peach on it is really juicy as well. The chocolate cornet has the same consistency for the bread part but the filling is really rich but light at the same time. Again not too sweet and has a good chocolate flavor. Their curry buns are delicious as well. This is the only Japanese bakery in all of North Jersey I believe and I think their items are delicious.
