Dairy Queen - Eau Claire

The service at this restaurant is top-notch. I particularly enjoy the chicken tenders. Despite having a limited number of staff, they manage to keep up with everything efficiently.

We arrived at 8:45pm and placed our food order before sitting down. When our food was ready, it was packed to go without informing us that the dine-in area was closed. We were surprised when the staff abruptly told us the restaurant was closed and we had to leave. This lack of communication led to a negative experience, as our order was also incorrect when we arrived home. Better communication could have easily prevented this issue. The rude behavior and unnecessary attitude from the staff at this Dairy Queen location is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

I used to be able to quickly get in and out of this restaurant, but the last few times I went, the service was terrible. The staff seemed to be under the influence and didn't seem to care. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes at 7:45pm, with only one person in the store. There were a couple of young girls working, and it was evident that one of them was also high. Even on my last visit for lunch, my order was messed up. Brian, you need to get your store in order or consider selling it. I'm calling you out because I've read your reviews and I don't think you should rely on DQ corporate to fix the issues in your inadequate store.

At Dairy Queen, we were given the employee discount because my friends and I also work there. Unfortunately, they didn't allow us to customize our own ice cream.

This restaurant is the slowest I have ever been to. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just to place my order, and then waited another 30 minutes for my food, even though the place was not busy. I had the worst experience at any fast food restaurant in my life. Who is running this place?
