Fuji Sushi Steak House - Eau Claire

Fun place had Hibachi, which was good but didn't seem as good as it was a few years ago.

Fun date night! Hibachi lots of yum-yum sauce!!! Pour it on your rice and all!

Really delicious food and super good service I really do recommend it, such a fun experience.

I'm sure this restaurant has many good items on the menu given the variety and plethora of good reviews. However, I can only speak for what I ordered, which was honestly subpar. I ordered the crab tar tar and the sashimi deluxe. The crab tar tar was ok, but it was honestly kind of boring. The sashimi was not very high quality, which was disappointing. The tuna was really fishy, the salmon was low quality, and everything just was not really good. I am disappointed, perhaps if I ordered something cooked, like from the hibachi menu, I would've had a better experience. But at the moment, this is the review I can give. The servers, however, are very nice and friendly. This is a place I'd definitely give another chance with some other things on their menu, but I would definitely not order sashimi or sushi again.

Always a stop when we're in Eau Claire area! I eat light but will force myself to eat all of my chicken teriyaki bento box, Check sometimes takes a bit to come but never had any issues with food or service in the dozens of times we make a stop.
