Arby's - Eau Claire

The staff here is always friendly whenever I come in. The roast beef is typically tender and juicy, and the fries are consistently fresh. This location gets my order right more frequently than other fast food restaurants in the area. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be to clean the tables a bit more quickly after they've been used. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience.

A friend invited me to lunch and couldn't stop talking about the French dip, especially how fresh the bread was. She ordered a side of mac and cheese but took it home with her. I decided to try the chicken strips, which came out hot and crispy, and I really liked the crinkle fries too—they were quite delicious. The staff was friendly and brought our food to the table quickly. However, I did notice that the floor where we sat was sticky, and I felt the overall cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. I really value cleanliness in dining places, but I understand that many restaurants are currently dealing with staff shortages and are focused on providing good customer service.

I visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, along with the friendly staff. The burger and fries were outstanding!
