Mauka Indian Cuisine - Eatontown

Thank you Nadirbhai, Riaz Entire Mauka Team for making my Birthday special with your Excellent Catering Service. To start they recommended me the Banquet Hall that fits to my needs for the party. In addition they helped me with all arrangements for dinner. They got all the silverware, glassware, serving needs the staff. On the day of the event Deepak his staff worked very well with the Banquet Owner and met all their needs of cleanliness. In our initial meeting with Nadirbhai he suggested some special items for my event and they turned out to be excellent Above all the food of Mauka is no doubt the best I think they take good care of their clients. Day before the event Riaz called and patiently explained how everything will work out. We had more interactions with Mauka Restaurant from our community association standpoint they really contribute back towards our community My best wishes to Mauka Team hope that they keep serve the community with their best servings !

The food was amazing stood up on expectations and amazing staff. Piyush was excellent host. As he said see you soon !!! So we will definitely come back to enjoy

Homely food and great ambience. Went there for buffet with family, place gets busy over weekend. Staff, service and food is exceptional. Kukfi platter with different kulfi flavors was an unique dessert to end the meal. Will return again for A-la Carte menu.

I was excited to come here because of a reel that severely overhyped the restaurant. Sadly, the restaurant did not live up to expectations. Food was mediocre. We came during their buffet hours and decided to go for the buffet with the additional order of the chicken lollipops and mango lassi. The buffet food did not taste fresh and I feel like it cheapened the restaurant dramatically considering it was very impactful walking in with their cool entrance. Additionally, the mango lassi was not as advertised on the reel. I asked about it and showed the reel to a waiter and the waiter literally told me they don’t typically serve it like that. So in other words, we got catfished by this restaurant…? Anyway, if you come, order from the menu and avoid the buffet. The chicken lollipops, while not spectacular, came out piping hot and seemed fresh. The buffet was barely warm and did not have a lot of options. When you order the buffet, you get naan included, which came nice and warm. The only pro for me. Service was also not that great. They did not do a good job clearing the plates despite many waiters lingering around. We had to request them to clear the plates regularly and a neighboring table had to do the same. Jersey City had better Indian takeout than our dine-in experience with this restaurant, in my honest opinion. My advice is to make sure the restaurant food quality and service match the ambiance. The restaurant was pretty and modern but everything else was subpar. Also that reel really set us up for disappointment…

I came all the way from Brooklyn, NY for this food. Visited here with some friends in late spring and liked it. Invited my family to join me in August and the food did not disappoint. This is delicious fare and reasonable prices. I hope to return very soon. Thanks Mauka!!!
