Little Caesars Pizza - Easton

I placed a delivery order and, after 40 minutes, I discovered it had been canceled. I tried calling the store, but no one answered, and when I waited too long on hold, the call disconnected automatically. I wanted to give Little Caesars a try, but this will definitely be my first and last experience with them. I think I'll stick with the small family-owned places that actually fulfill their customers' orders. The customer service here was really disappointing; if I could give zero stars, I would.

I waited 30 minutes, only to receive a meal that was terrible and not even cooked properly.

It seems that every time I visit, I grow increasingly disappointed with the staff. When you walk in, be prepared for a long wait. The workers seem indifferent and don’t bother to wear gloves, which is quite off-putting. Overall, it's just very disappointing for me. I’m really sorry to say that.

Order was wrong, had to wait for a pizza to be cooked. When we got home raw inside, we got to the top. Cost me so long to convince the family to little Caesars, and now we'll never be back. I'm so disappointed. Little Caesar was amazing years ago, now they're terrible. What a goodbye.

They don't wear gloves they touched the floor n wiped there heads on there hands n wiped there nose on there hands n touched the food when I asked them to put gloves on they said no I called customer service and they said they ant got to wear gloves I think that's just nasty n they should wear gloves they r touching people's food...I got cheese bread from them yesterday n it was not done at all. And I waited 1hr and 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and cheese bread
