Honestly do not waste time or money going here at all!! Problems: 1. While ordering, the “chef” was busy playing around with his HAIR with gloves on when I asked if he could change gloves he said “ she is packing it” . Like DUDE you are HANDLING THE FOOD!! Simple! Dont touch your hair then grab chicken/fries then putting them in frier!! 2. Service is TERRIBLE!! Staff are RUDE! 3. What you get is not good enough for What you pay for!! (Pics attached! disgusting! And doesnt even taste good! I would Rather to “oh my chicken” for better food! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was my favourite, I usually get seasoned chicken here once a week and have for months, but the quality is slowly getting worse. The service is terrible. I order online so I can stop and fetch it on my way home. Everytime I wait at the counter to get someones attention, tell them I've ordered online and get told to wait 2 minutes. That 2 minutes is usually 10 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes. I've seen people order at the counter and receive their food before I get mine, that I ordered online 20 minutes earlier. I won't be back. Extremely disappointed with my experience. Placed an order for a whole chicken takeaway at 7 pm, with a pickup time set between 7:30 and 7:40 pm. Upon arrival, I was informed that my order had been canceled due to being sold out. What's more frustrating is that they didn't bother to call me, instead I received an email at 7:22 pm, leaving me to waste 20 minutes of my time for nothing. Unreliable service and poor communication. Won't be ordering from here again. Service: 1

So rude they told me to pay extra and the wait is so long the food is alright but not that good. Never coming back
