This is the best place for a Sunday dinner without asking. right home cooked eating that is delicious, a great choice from the menu with fantastic service from the personal. many nice are brought to the table so that they can help themselves. A lovely little traditional village pub, great atmosphere and dog friendly, with a great selection of guest ales on tap and also the infamous burton bridge dba.

Popped in for a few pints as we were walking the dogs. The staff were very friendly the choice of drinks were very good for a smaller free house. The restaurant is open later In the week and weekends. We’ve had the Sunday dinners before...and it’s all home cooked not of that frozen pre cooked rubbish. On the hole it’s a very good and friendly local pub .
