It's sucked. If you want to wait 20 minutes for your almost food, don't go here. Eating was warm and fresh and they apologized for waiting for it, but if they have only half an hour to lunch, than stay away from ep hardee’s! Slovak
I have the Frisco breakfast sandwich they ask people if they want to try. they forget to mention the form.
The cookies were flat and hard. the ham was dried out and the kartoffels had a filigree flaver. I couldn't even eat the spice engraving of the cookies. I'm not going back.
I went to this location in mid January around 1am and placed an order for a $5 box meal. They gave me a total of $5 and some change. After getting to the window the girl took a minute but came to the window and said I gave you the wrong amount and it's $6 and some change. I inquired why and she said that it was something to do with being a late night order but she could get a manager if I wanted to speak to her. I said sure. Few minutes go by and she comes back the window with a cordless phone not knowing she was going to call the manager this late and basically said yeah my manager beaid this is the way it is. I got home and sent an email to corporate. Next day I get an email from Tom who is one of the franchise owners from the Midwest and he thinks explained to me the reason why. He stated that it was hard to get third shift help and they had to increase prices for late night orders. I could totally relate and was happy with the with the explanation. He had also copied the district manager in and asked her to send me a couple vouchers for free sandwiches. I've emailed them twice and still have yet to receive the vouchers. Customer service apparently doesn't exist below the owner level. They lost a customer due to lack of communication.
