Jason's Deli - East Peoria

I absolutely adore this restaurant - it has the best salad bar I've ever seen. The only thing missing is their incredible potato salad, which is just so irresistible. All of their dishes are fantastic, but the strawberry shortcake in particular is outstanding. When it comes to desserts, Jason Deli beats Portillos hands down.

This was my first time here, and it was just okay. The interior was nice, and they even had a salad on the menu.

I ordered two sandwiches, with avocado added to one for an additional charge of 0.99. When I picked up my order, the sandwich with avocado was missing. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go back as I wasn't close enough, but I'm sure they would have corrected the mistake if I had. I love their food and have always had perfect orders from their various locations. However, today I was really craving that missing item!

I dined at this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the delicious food and friendly service. The salad bar offered a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the Muffalata sandwich. I look forward to returning to try out more of their menu choices.

I had the worst dining experience ever at this restaurant. Halfway through my sandwich, I found a long black hair in my mouth. When I approached the counter to inform someone, a man asked what I needed and showed the manager, who also had long black hair. She casually threw away the hair and asked what I had. I told her I didn't want another sandwich, and she walked away without a word. I didn't even receive an apology. When she returned with a refund, I told her she was rude, and she argued with me. Despite the fact that my meal was ruined by no fault of my own, she continued to be disrespectful. She even threatened to refuse me service, which was unnecessary as I was already done eating and had no intention of returning. I will be sharing this horrible experience with everyone I know. The level of rudeness from someone claiming to be the manager was shocking.
