Everything was served to perfection! The food was delicious and incredibly satisfying. The staff took great care of our order and were extremely friendly.

I've heard a lot of positive feedback about Firehouse Subs, so I decided to give it a shot. When I asked the server for a recommendation, Katie excitedly suggested the meatball sub, and she was right—it was absolutely delicious! I had an amazing first experience at Firehouse Subs! Since it was my first time there, I wasn't quite sure how the ordering process worked, which meant I needed a bit more time to decide. Justie, the staff member on duty, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She was exceptionally kind to both me and my sister.

A week or two ago I went to this place with my uncle whom I was visiting at the time. A nice guy named Harry made our subs so very efficiency and quickly. I appreciate his attitude towards customers and I would definitely come again. Thanks Harry!

I 've never purchased a sub here but it seems the place is quite popular and probably very good. But it 's now been several instances where I 've picked up uber eats orders and the order is rarely ready. Drivers told to wait a few minutes which turnsout to be 10+ minutes as staff are clearly prioritizing in-person orders. Drivers receive no compensation for waiting, andadditionally the customer will think the long wait is due to the driver thereby increasing likelihood for bad driver ratings.Unprofessional overall.
