Hands down the best BBQ you will ever eat. I’ve had both the catering and storefront experience and there is no difference in quality. From the brisket to ribs to sausage to any meat on the menu, you will taste the quality, passion and love of the trade in every bite. The sides and desserts are made with the same passion and will leave your tastebuds happy and wanting more! The storefront is very well laid out and time from order to pay to receiving food is very short. The seemingly long lines( there were 20 folks in front of us) move fast and are not from lack of service... they are from so many folks that love the best in BBQ.

Yesterday my job had Up in Smoke cater a small event We had brisket and chicken with sides It was truly some of the best BBQ ,I have tasted in years. Very tender and full of flavor ,great job

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Juniors bbq! If there were a 100 star review I’d have to give it all 100. Plus he’s a stand up guy! Only bbq our office will ever have. Catered for 50 Today and everyone couldn’t stop talking about it. Thank you Junior for serving exceptional food.

I 'm a 'foodie ' I love to eat, I love to eat good food. This is great food, the quality of the BBQ is unlike any other place around there 's BBQ then there 's UP IN SMOKE, we are lucky he chose midland to open up shop now we can enjoy this food whenever we want

I’m definitely a North Carolina whole hog BBQ kind of girl but Junior’s brisket was easily one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. Were there sides? I didn’t notice. Brisket. That’s it.
