Because its been to long we ask the sushi chef about our order but they dont have the ticket. The hostess seems didnt care at all with our condition Didnt greet or smile when we come, we ask about togarashi refill but she said “No more” from far away distance not close to our table. After 15 mins we asked again with the sushi chefs about our order and yet they dont have the ticket order. We pissed off and had to cancel the order, and no “Sorry” or complimentary from the staff. And that 1 hour spend useless. This not the first time i came to Sushi Train, but this is the first time i dine at Earlville one. Worst experience ever.
Ate here a few weeks ago. Food did not look or taste fresh. In the nicest way possible, Have not been able to stomach sushi since. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Friendly staff, quick service when needing a booth amd more water. Clean environment. The QR code at tables make it easy to order sushi plates we wanted. Wait time was 10mins for seat, not too bad. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$100–120 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Terrible experience. We ordered curry through their QR code website; waited 20-30 minutes for it to arrive and when we asked a server where it was, they hadn't even received the order or started it! One of the sushi dishes off the conveyer was warm, and another had no lid; a server took it off, added a lid then put it back! Anyone could have touched it. Service: Dine in
Can be a bit plain at times, no real variety in what's on offer. Staff are strained to get in and out of the kitchen by crawling under the conveyor belt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
