Jersey Mike's Subs

First time here, very fresh sandwiches with fresh cut Ham or meat.

Bread is fresh and tastes home bake, unlike every other sub shop. Ingredients seem a step above as well. It's our go-to sandwich shop.

We usually love the subs from here but we went in yesterday afternoon and I couldn't believe how bad of an experience it was all around. First the two people working behind the counter had horrible customer service, especially the young lady. She did not respond when we were telling her what we wanted so we didn't know if she heard us or not, then would give us annoyed looks when would repeat ourselves. She made the ordering process very difficult and confusing by being so unresponsive. We had a lot of trouble hearing her because she was mumbling and looking down most of the time. The food was plain and tasteless, I ended up throwing half of my sandwich away because I couldn't stomach it. The tables and chairs in the place were all over the place so we had to arrange the tables around the one we chose so we could sit down. Also they were very sloppily wiped up and there was still food crumbs on the tables and chairs. I don't think we will ever eat here again.

Dirty location. Poor service. Multiple sandwiches being remade while waiting still got mine wrong—expensive sandwiches for not getting orders right.
