Schlotzsky's - E St, Florence-Graham

Normally the food is pretty good and I don't have an issue. Tonight we had our food delivered. The food was just kind of throw in a to go bag and there was a big gnat in the bag. Honestly really gross and made me lose my appetite. Very disappointed with the service

Ordered a cheese pizza with Tomatoes. Got a pepperoni pizza…with NO tomatoes. Sigh. I hate pepperoni.

I have always enjoyed the original sandwich. This is one of best deli meals I ever eat. Did a drive thru this time by myself.

Takes absolutely forever... don't go unless you have PLENTY of time...

Our order was delivered this evening and the online ordering process was so hassle free and easy i was expecting the same efficiency with our order. It was on time and kudos for that but it looked like our sandwiches had been wrapped by a chimpanzee and then rewrapped by a blind one. I understand accidents happen but the delivery driver didn't mention anything. Very disappointing but nothing prepared me for the shock i found right on top of my sandwich. I understand South Texas has plenty of Palmetto roaches but to serve their legs as a garnish on top of sandwiches is just gross and unacceptable. As we were all very hungry i did not say anything to my family about this little extra we received but i will never suggest my (formerly) fave sandwich shop. Beware if you have a mild constitution you might try Subway.
