Le Vignoble du Ruisseau - Dunham

The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting, with a charming building and well-maintained grounds. The interior decor is also very nice. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the patio, overlooking the vineyards.

We were served by Xavier, who was not only our super server but also a knowledgeable sommelier. He described and presented everything perfectly. The starter squash soup was exceptional, and everything else that followed was equally delicious. The gift shop at Cabane Sucre was excellent, offering a wide variety of charcuterie options. We purchased two bottles of Chardonnay during our visit. Overall, we had a great time at Cabane Sucre. It was a fun experience for the whole family, and we look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you, Xavier, for your excellent service!

Lovely location. Obviously some serious investment here. We didn't really get to understand all that's here as there weren't any English speaking tours, you have to book 10 or more for that. Restaurant lunch and service was perfect, we enjoyed every morsel and wine pairing were on point. We purchased a few bottles of wine that we'd tasted at lunch service, would have likely bought more but again the language issue made us hesitate as nobody spoke English at the tasting bar that day. Worth a trip/lunch if you're in the area for sure.

Show time for a Cabane a Sucre extravaganza where our family group choose the 6 piece sympathy of tasteful delights. … and all that jazz. Pulled pork steamed buns. One repeat request. Pork rinds that are in house master crafted according the family ‘Pork Rind Expert’ The smoked salmon continued in my thought through the entire day. Should of had seconds. An honourable mention to the beautiful array of condiments that offered up pickled beets, house pickles, the crotone, dips, fresh buns … Splendid view, wonderful decor, engaging service backed by brilliant food fare. This was an amazing visit! We tasted some great wines and eat at the restaurant with an incredible view on the mountain. We took our time and enjoyed the beautiful site. Everybody was so nice with us. They also have a gift shop with homemade delicious products. If you have one winery to visit in Dunham, this should be it!
