Mcdonald's Dungavan

Threw my fries into the mcdonalds bag, didnt even give me the fries holder thing, same with the burger, i had to put it back together like i was playing with legos. the amount of people in there makes me feel like im in an auschwitz concentration camp. and yes i can say that. im polish. I was recently in McDonalds in Dungarvan but Im sure what happened to me is across the board. Let me explain. I ordered a large Big Mac Meal through the self service kiosk at a cost of €9.30. It was dropped to the table by a staff member with 3 Sachets of ketchup (complementary).I wanted Mayonaise so I went to the counter and asked for some instead of the ketchup but was stunned when I got charged 30 cent for one tub after just paying €9.30 for the meal which came with ketchup I didnt want nor asked for. The point Im trying to make is when I placed my order on the screen I didnt want certain things in my burger which I excluded through the screen menu but yet I didnt get any price reduction at final checkout but yet they give ketchup free but not any other condiments. I did email McDonalds and their explanation was overheads even though they are multi million earning outlet and didnt want to know. The motto of the story is bring your own condiments if you happen to eat at any McDonald's. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10 Service: 1

Went down to dungarvan today for McDonald’s. Ordered 2 m crispy meals, one large and one medium with Fanta. Ordered a medium 6 chicken nugget meal with Mayo dip. No Mayo dip, no salt given and no Fanta. Went back around we were given them no problem. Started to drive home open the bag and realised there was only one mccrispy burger and no cheeseburger either. Paid €35 for all of the food to come out without half of it. Absolute disgrace and this isn’t the first time either Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonald's was rocking, the drive through was so busy we decided to go inside and order- good choice even though the restaurant was very busy too! No hold up however, we ordered using the self service machine! Order was correctly received and tasted exactly as McDonald's does, delicious Staff were very friendly and helpful.
