For 5 days my wife and I visiting made this our go to breakfast cottage. The owner is very gracious and helpful and on-site. The staff is quick and courteous to take your order and provide what you request. Absolute best coffee I have ever had in my life.Come to Florida and enjoy the Simple Pleasures. Conveniently located downtown near the docks and all the shops....and very reasonable prices. Ben and Julie Koops

Today was my first visit but it surely won't be the last! The latte and quesadilla were both delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and it's a great place to sit outside and people watch. Dog friendly too!

Food is delicious and owner always stops by to say hello! Cute patio area with a nice view of downtown. Highly recommend!

My friend and I found Sandpiper by accident. How grateful we are! This cafe is a down to earth and welcoming place. The friendly staff with welcoming smiles. The owner’s “Welcome” as we entered. The food was delicious, the coffee even better. Sitting outside on the porch felt like visiting a dear friend. Come! You will love it!!
