William Dean Chocolates

I have been gifting William Dean chocolates to special people for years. They are truly a feast for the taste buds and the eyes, and their packaging is just as impressive. Many of the recipients have become customers themselves, as William Dean is the go-to choice for sending something extraordinary. I recently read some reviews and discovered that they also offer gelato—I had no idea! Although I've never visited the store since I live in Cleveland, Ohio, I plan to stop by and check it out the next time I'm in the area for work. Thank you, William Dean, for being so exceptional. When someone I care about receives your chocolates, it really shows how special they are to me.

I purchased the sample box for my best friend's 40th birthday, and she said not only were they beautiful, but they also tasted amazing and had a wonderfully smooth texture! My sister's birthday is coming up, and I'm so excited to send her a gift from William Dean. By the way, I discovered William Dean through YouTube.

We received these beautifully crafted chocolates as a gift today, and oh my goodness, they are the best chocolates we've ever tasted! They arrived well-cooled in the shipping box, and the presentation is stunning. But what truly sets them apart are the incredible flavors—they're simply delicious! We will definitely be sending these as gifts for birthdays and Christmas.

Had a fantastic experience for afternoon tea. Service was excellent and attentive, tea selection had lots of great choices, and the tiered presentation was beautiful and tasted even better!

Update: We returned a couple of times for the fig Gelato. Brought another friend yesterday to try it as well but they didn't have it. Asked to try samples of other ones to pick what they like. I tried a couple and went with the butterscotch, which wasgood. Two others in our party tried a couple and couldn't find what they liked. The store refused to give them another samplestating they only allow one per person so they left with nothing. Not sure how they expect people to pick their flavor withoutbeing able to taste. Small cup $5 or you can get a pint. Raspberry Leche, Peach Ginger, were just not as good as fig. I thinkthey lost two local customers to a sample. First time at William Dean Chocolates. We saw some pastries on other reviews butthey didn't have any today. We tried Bellini, Fig, and Hazelnut Gelato, so delicious! You MUST try their fig Gelato! It's thebest one we've ever had! Nice location across from our other favorite, Seaweed Restaurant. We also tried their Tropical, PassionFruit, and I believe Strawberry Caramel bon bons, all of which were amazing! I highly recommend.
