Drive through lady on February 13 didn't have very good customer service.

Lots of staff working, but most catering to the drive through, waited a while for service inside

The service is horrible. Constantly out of basicly everything. And will have one drive threw closed but have a line of cars out to the road. Get my order wrong 99% of the time i would skip this place and just keep going till you hit milbay or duncan.

The staff are trying their best, but frankly this time is basically non operational. I spent 20 minutes in the drive through (mid day), then waited another 10 and had to park out front and wait more for my sandwiches. When I finally got them, they were wrong, but my lunch break was already almost over so I had to just leave. The drive through line was out onto the street. Their turnover rate is insane, I never recognize any staff, and they’re severely understaffed all the time. I pity the poor employees, but this Tims has the worst food service I have EVER received

I usually don't write reviews, but this restaurant is awful. Out of the last 5 times I've been here, they have messed up my simple orders four times.
