Noodlebox - Duncan

So last week i was there and I think this was the best place where i had my meal.The staff was so friendly, they helped me to get my proper food because i am allergic.

Writing this from my toilet. Got a mild case of food poisoning yesterday from here (my husband and I both had nausea and I got diarrhea). Restaurant Bathroom was really grimy which maybe should have been my first clue. Food was mediocre. Staff were pleasant enough though. Can't recommend.

I have ordered a few times from this location. This time I ordered spring rolls, and spicy peanut mild for a pick up order. When I got home they forgot to add my sauce for spring rolls, and my mild spicy peanut was so spicy it brought tears to my eyes and made my nose run like a water faucet. I’ve been eating at noodle box since the day it was a cart downtown Victoria. I always order mild spice. But this way beyond hot, I ended up throwing it out as it’s ruined with spice. So disappointing with this considering how much I’ve spent. Few times going in this establishment the lady at the front counter does not have good customer service. Barely speaks, no eye contact and has no manners. I won’t be back.

Went in to order food on a few occasions where they didn't have the ingredients. First time thought it was odd. After that it seems like poor planning. When they have the ingredients the food is very good.

I have ordered the Chow Mein with pork here a number of times. On my way from Nanaimo to Victoria l would phone in prior to my arrival and they would have my food ready. Nice people at the counter, perfectly cooked food. Love it!
