Slevins - Dunboyne

I happened to be in Dunboyne last Sunday with my family and was looking for somewhere to eat. We chose Slevins Pub and it was a fantastic choice. Their staff are friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend a visit.

Nothing short of a disgrace! Myself and a colleague have never been so embarrassed and humiliated with the service and disrespect DO NOT ATTEND!!!!!!!!!!

OMG I did not believe there were places this bad in Ireland. Woeful . Unwelcoming to all however that was only the start I had lamb shank…….. how can you make it flavourless? I left most of it an it’s sloppy gravy. My partner had chicken burger ……….I tasted it too because I couldn’t believe it it was so salty. Bit of advice folks…….. just do you, your mental health your tastebuds a favour and avoid…….. it is not representative of our village or Ireland generally..

Came here for a final drink before departing Ireland and wish we were here longer! At the center of the cute town of Dunboyne, Slevins is a classic irish pub with the nice addition of a few TV's, we were able to watch some Premier League. My Guiness was tasty as expected and she wanted to try something different so a Moretti filled the bill. Our server, Adam H, was excellent! Good conversation and good service! I hope to make it back here some day.

Lovely friendly bar with great food and great atmosphere. Staff were brilliant. Really lovely visit. Dinner was very good I would definitely recommend a visit
