The management treats the staff very poorly, while the employees themselves are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, this has been the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I truly hope things improve there. Instead of blaming the employees for the state of the restaurant, perhaps the management should reflect on their own practices.
I ordered through the app, but when I arrived at the store, they told me they hadn't received my order. I placed it again in front of the manager, confirmed the address, and yet he still claimed they "didn't get my order." I recommend going to the one in Walmart instead!
Ordered off of here from postmates. Only 5 miles away and took 2 hours and never received anything. Was a scam for me to cancel my order and they get the $10 cancelation fee.
The Tuna is more like a paste than tuna! I had to toss it. I called to express the consistency and was told it's my taste! I thought there was a standard? No more dollars for you.
