Papa John's Pizza - Dumfries

It was the best customer service I got from Adrian (store manager) from the Drumfries-Shop. He talked to me in a very professional way and he could say that I had ordered from another Papa John's location and they kept me waiting and never said they didn't deliver to this area, they never call me, and when I wait to the original place 2 hours later on my pizza they say nothing that they can only give me their apology. I called the site Dumfries and Adrian went the extra mile!!! I recommend Dumfries Papa Johns. You have an exceptional customer service at all!!!

I don?t know what is going on with Papa John?s- Yesterday I put in online order for the special of a XLarge 2 topping pizza and boneless chicken honey chipotle the food was tasted and under cooked. Very disappointed. delivery guy was awesome. Food wise terrible
