Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've left plenty of reviews, but rarely one this low. Similar to what others have said I did not appreciate the service I received. I went to the drive through and felt a bit rushed on my order, mind you it was the afternoon time but not near closing hour. We approached and our order was almost confused with someone else's so the employee had to verify, no problem with me but there was no one behind us so it was a bit confusing. Secondly, we paid with a card and the employee swiftly handed us a bag without saying anything then handed the card back and simply walked away. Per social norms, it was not entirely clear to us that we were good to go. We waited a second and realized the employee just left ?, so we drove off. My order was a 10 count glazed munchkins and they were cold as well as hardly glazed lol. I won't be coming back, if you're feeling a craving do yourself a favor and head down the street to Jimmy Ts for some good ice cream.
My mantra is if you hate your job or working with the general public… QUIT!! I could’ve had 4 bad reviews before this one, but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. Usually the afternoon and closing crew are the individuals that tend to be the least customer friendly. The team or the individual who drive a white Chevy Caprice, didn’t bother to take my order last night when they had six minutes before closing. All I wanted was a coffee because I was heading into the office for late work catch up.. but the reason why I say this is because on last week the same thing happened when it was 12 minutes before closing and they acted as if they didn’t want to take my order, again.. I blew my horn in order to get someone to come and still I ended up waiting three minutes before someone actually decided to come and take my order. Should I get there a little bit beforehand, absolutely! The fact of the matter is you should acknowledge the customer and not yourself unless you are in a situation to defend yourself! I really avoid coming to this location due to its unfriendly staff! I hate to say it but this generation of young workers are lazy and incompetent; who thinks we owe them something. All-in-all I will not be returning, instead take my money 8 minutes up the road where I am acknowledged.

How hard is it to mess up a Dunkin'? Not too difficult if you work here apparently. We recently moved to the area and I have been here three times in the last two weeks. My order has been messed up every time. Wrong donut. No donut. Donut but no coffee. *sigh* I want to find another place but it's right next to my kids daycare.
Ordered driving through from DC and my iced vanilla latte was awful. I don't understand how some dunkins are great, and others can't make a coffee to save their life. So bad that I've tossed it after 2 sips. The espresso was extremely bitter.
