We got a banana split with green tea ice cream, coffee ice cream, and vanilla ice cream. It was very good. And we enjoyed the Rose earl gray milk tea with boba.

The server was extremely rude, and she acted like she did not want to work. In today's economy, customer service should be a top priority. They just lost business from 7 people.For first-time experience, I am very disappointed with service. The food and concept are great. The place is nice and cozy. There is plenty of sitting. You place an order at your table. Do not try to attempt to place an order at the register. There is plenty of parking space. Good for family time. Shave ice was my favorite,it was very smooth.

I recently visited Snowflake Tea House and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for a cozy night out with friends. The menu was vast and had a variety of options, ranging from tea and ice cream. I decided to get their butter plain toast with ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. The toast was perfectly crisp and the ice cream was creamy and flavorful. I also tried their shaved ice which was a perfect combination of fresh milk and condensed milk with lychee jelly topping. The combination was sweet and creamy and absolutely delicious.Overall, Snowflake Tea House is a great place to go for a cozy night out with friends. The desserts are delicious and there is a variety of options for even the pickiest eater. It’s also very affordable, making it a great place to bring your family or your date. I love this place! It's a great spot to hang out and catch up with friends and a favorite with my group, and the desserts are soooo good we always have to order at least 2 or else they're gone in less than five minutes! Their teas are really good too. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for dessert in the area after dinner, or just desserts in general!! The honey toast towers are so good!
