Assa Tech Karaoke - Duluth

The place had excellent customer service, quite good song selection and especially, THEIR WINGS ARE EFFING DELICIOUS!!!! Like, I can literally not give high enough praise for her wings, it was $16 I believe for an order of wings, but it had to be at least 18-20 the largest and most crispy wings I have ever eaten in my life. I'm talking near a cotender with the wings of Magic City... Would they have wet lemon peppers? Recommend this place when you are looking for a great place to come with some friends!

Microphones didn't work well and the rooms were not well cleaned after the last group. Usually we would get snacks when we order alcohol, but don't offer until we ordered another and asked. Not my first choice, but the work is done

Number 15 Birthday of my niece with the whole Fam, 12 of us, including a 3 year old toddler. I chose this place because it was one of the few karaoke sites that will be opened early in the evening. We arrived early 430 on a Saturday. No reservation required. I think we were the only group. The room was spacious and clean. We all had an explosion, even the toddler. The room had disco lights, two screens, and the sound equipment was great. We worked with the staff to make the sound right for the grandmother and the toddler! Most music is in Korean, but they also have a decent selection of music in English, and for the grandmother there were also a few songs in Spanish! Customer service was very polite and readily available, we did not consume food or drinks and there was no pressure from staff for us. We sang out our hearts for two hours and just left it at home for the night Ps, the equipment is in Korean, the staff gives you a quick basic course, how to navigate, choose and play songs nothing that the young people in our group could not cope with;

This is the best perfect place to hang with my friends. The microphone was lil broken but the manager or owner was able to fix it. Love the options. I couldn't read in korean but I was able to fix out. I do wish the restroom was cleaner but I can't complain because people are drunk. Would come here again!

The young lady at the front desk was very polite and she gave my friend and I a quick tutorial on how to work the tv/remote in our private room (because it was in Korean). 2 hours passed in no time because we had so much fun! We felt welcomed and would return.
