After driving around where Google said the location was located, we discovered a back door that had the logo on it, which indicated you can do pick up. This should be more apparent on the website! We were excited to go there to eat.
Their Dublin location appears to be an afterthought to them.I placed an order Sunday at 9:30am online for pickup. Confirmed for pickup at 11am. Upon arriving, I waited until an employee of another store informed me the Woodbury didn't actually open until 4pm, despite what their online hours and automated phone prompts suggest.Calling their Columbus location, I was informed that they were not opening the Dublin location at all that day.I can understand why circumstances may arise that a location may need to be closed for a day. I don't understand how my order could be placed and purchased without anyone reaching out to me in an hour and a half window. Hopefully they can figure out how to scale horizontally better, as my experience with them was a waste of my time.
Weird experience here. Pickup is in the back next to the garbage. No system to check in or let them know you're there besides walking into the storage room of Duck Donuts. Single cook there on a Saturday night. When I arrived, he had not even seen my order come through the system and had not started my meal. Also saw several other people come to pick up for meal apps and one guy got turned away completely due to lost order. Felt bad for the guy as it wasn't his fault, but such a failure on management. If you're going to have a satellite location, set your employees up for success. Will not be returning.
This is a recommend. Great menu and the food is amazing!
Ordered via Doordash. The food was beyond exceptional. We decided to go small business this weekend for a late dinner and they did not disappoint. My husband I both ordered their Country fried steak which came with shredded hashbrown, 2 eggs, and an absurdly delicious gravy. I would have to recommend that they provide at least 1 biscuit to go with this meal. Simply because the gravy is too delicious to waste and not all can be used for the meal...if so, it would consume the rest of the food entirely. However, again...the gravy which has some type of roast/brisket in it...is madly divine. For $22 the meal is on the pricey side for breakfast. Also the steak was cooked a tad bit over for both my husband and I...but yet again the gravy made up for it. The other items we got were their French toast casserole which was like eating bread pudding. The bread seemed to be a cinnamon brioche. It was also very delicious. Now I would also suggest everyone who loves PB&J to try their deep friend PB&J!!! All in all, successful dinner. We will definitely be ordering again.
